Airtight hood ventilation system
Product description
The ventilation system is composed of the core components such as ventilation duct, bag area blower box, paper guide bellows, and paper web stabilizer and so on. It is essential to improve the running speed of the paper machine and enhance the drying capacity of the drying section.
The characteristics and advantages of the system
The ventilation design completely eliminates condensation and dripping on the top plate of the hood.
The system is equipped with complete low-voltage lighting system and automatic fire extinguishing system.
The amount of hot air sent to the hood is automatically adjusted by the “Zero position” detection device.
The air collecting duct is provided with a sliding air door to adjust the uniformity of air moisture content in each drying part of the paper web.
