The Yankee hood is used in domestic paper or tissue paper production enterprises. The drying of the paper web mainly depends on a large drying cylinder, and a large amount of water evaporates on the surface of the cylinder. The evaporated water vapor needs to be drained away in time without spreading to the workshop. Meanwhile, it can accelerate the evaporation of water by blowing hot air to the surface of the paper web. According to this requirement, Yankee hood and ventilation system are equipped for the cylinder, and high-speed hot air is blown to the surface of the paper web by the air nozzle of the hood, and the evaporated hot and humid air is sucked away by the return air passage of the hood, thus improving the drying capacity of the paper machine.
